Assembly is not hard...one screw was stripped but we were able to take care of that issue without calling customer service.
It would have been a positive if the pub table shown in photos was actually available we would not hesitate to add that to this collection...
I will be buying from CozyDays for our home in the south and have recommended this site to others...
